 David Bailey is someone I came across while searching for YouTube videos related to Bosnia-Herzegovina, and I discovered that he’s living my dream of having become a full-time resident of Bosnia-Herzegovina. He’s a self-styled “Digital Disrupter” and early tech adopter who was into pirate radio, served in the Corps of Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, worked in government and radio in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and now runs a channel on YouTube called “Living in Bosnia and Herzegovina” with his wife, Tamara.
